END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – InstaMoney

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Quick Loan Online ("we", "our", or "us") governing your use of the Quick Loan Online mobile application ("App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Nature of Service

The App is a loan discovery and financial information platform.

We do not provide loans, credit, or financial services directly. The App allows users to submit loan-related information and connects them with third-party financial service providers ("Providers") who may offer loan options.

All loan approvals, interest rates, terms, and disbursement are handled solely by the respective Providers.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your device.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete

  • You will use the App only for lawful purposes

  • You understand that submitting a request does not guarantee any loan approval

  • You will review all terms provided by third-party Providers before proceeding

4. Third-Party Services

The App may share your submitted information with third-party Providers for the purpose of evaluating your request.

We are not responsible for:

  • Approval or rejection of any loan

  • Interest rates, fees, or terms offered

  • Any agreement between you and the Provider

All interactions and transactions are directly between you and the Provider.

5. Data Usage

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure methods to protect your information and share it only with authorized Providers for evaluation purposes.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

  • Use the App for illegal or fraudulent purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including design, content, and software, remain the property of Quick Loan Online.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided for informational and connection purposes only.

We do not guarantee:

  • Loan approval

  • Specific interest rates

  • Availability of any financial service

All decisions are made by third-party Providers.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
